1. Booking & Documentation
- No security deposit is collected.
- Required documents:
- Indian Residents: Photo, Driving License, Aadhaar Card (originals to be shown at delivery).
- NRIs: Photo, Passport Copy, Visa Page, and Driving License (Indian/International).
- Originals must be shown at the time of delivery.
2. First-Time Customers
- Vehicle will be delivered to the home address (as per proof).
- Airport pickup is available:
- Our driver will pick you up and hand over the car (subject to complete documentation and advance booking).
- Extra charges applicable for airport delivery.
- Payment Terms:
- 50% of rental period charge must be paid at booking confirmation.
- Remaining 50% payable at vehicle delivery.
3. Existing Customers
- Vehicles can be delivered to:
- Your address, airport, or any location of choice.
- We can also deliver the vehicle prior to your arrival.
4. Delivery & Return Charges (From Kottayam Garage)

5. Rental Duration & Mileage
- Rental is calculated per 24 hours from time of delivery.
- Minimum 1-day charge applies for delays.
- Mileage limits:
- Monthly Rentals: 4000 km
- Daily Rentals: 130 km/day
- Luxury Cars (Fortuner, Hycross, Audi, BMW, Benz, Jaguar, etc.): 110 km/day
- Extra kilometers will be charged separately.
6. Accidents & Damage Policy
- Inform Operations Manager (+91 94470 77049) immediately in case of an accident.
- Collision Repair Limit (Customer liability for minor repairs):
- ₹30,000 – Vehicle cost < ₹10 Lakhs
- ₹50,000 – Vehicle cost up to ₹20 Lakhs
- ₹75,000 – Vehicle cost > ₹20 Lakhs
- Insurance will apply only above this threshold.
- No Claim Bonus (NCB) and Depreciation costs must be borne by the customer in case of insurance claims.
- In the case of total loss, the customer is responsible for the cost (minus insurance payout).
7. Customer Responsibility
- All traffic violations or fines (signal jump, overspeed, etc.) are borne by the hirer.
- Fastag must be recharged by the customer during use.
- Smoking and littering inside the car are strictly prohibited.
- Keep the car clean, tidy, and treat it as your own.
